Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@bowtienotebooks.com with your order details and reason for the return. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with an email containing a return address and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Please note that shipping fees incurred for returning items are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns. In your email request, specify the item you wish to exchange and provide details of the new item you would like to receive in exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request based on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@bowtienotebooks.com with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
